Airline Station Manager

This position is responsible for daily operations and compliance of Company and Federal Policies at the airline station. The individual must lead personnel and communicate objectives and standards among departments. An aptitude for well-developed planning and organizational skills is necessary. Must be able to establish goals and objectives and expect to continuously measure station performance against those goals to improve station performance. Responsible for evaluation and management of station employees. This individual should possess high integrity and manage employees fairly and with respect. Ultimately, the station leader must understand the importance and necessity of serving the airline customer.

The Line Services Technician position is responsible for providing fuel, oil, hanger and tie down storage, lavatory service, courtesy car transportation, luggage handling and interior and exterior services to customers and other departments. Additional responsibilities include commercial ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations and commissary duties as required. The Operations Manager is the Line Service Technician’s immediate supervisor. Line Service Technicians also report to Airline Service Manager while working with commercial aircraft.
