President
Vincent Dugan
Vince is a New York City native and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University (1984) and a JD from Vanderbilt University (1987). Vince is a trial lawyer and practiced Aviation Law in Houston Texas before earning partner status at Beirne Maynard & Parsons in 1993. Vince joined TDA in 1994 and became President in 2000. Vince is a visionary and enjoys making a difference in the aviation industry.
Traci Dugan
Vice President, Flight & Air Cargo Logistics
Traci is a Nebraska native and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1986). She began her career with NCR Corporation in Houston, Texas and in 1994 joined Trego Dugan Aviation. Traci is an Airline Transport Pilot and led efforts to build the TDA Pt135 Flight Department and the TDA Air Cargo Division. She is very excited about the future in the air cargo business and would be the first to say that our people make TDA awesome.
Debra Mendonca
Vice President, Human Resources
Debra is a Texas native and graduated with a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management from Bellevue University (2021). She has been with TDA for more than 26 years and has held many positions in management. In 2010, Debra became Director, Human Resources and developed Capital Management and Compliance programs including DEI initiatives. In 2017, Debra was elevated to Vice President, Human Resources. Debra has been a key leader in the development of the Air Cargo Division and is very excited about the future of TDA.
Lorie O’Donnell
Vice President, Finance
Lorie is a Nebraska native and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1991). Upon graduation, Lorie worked for a public accounting firm and earned her CPA certificate (1994). Lorie joined Trego Dugan in 2008 and became Vice President, Finance in 2017. She enjoys being in the aviation industry and is so proud of the growth of the Company and the people on the teams.
Zachary Thompson
Vice President, Maintenance
Zachary Thompson is a Nebraska native and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bellevue University (2021). He joined Trego Dugan in 2005 and began as the Director of Maintenance for Pt135 Charter Operations in 2009. Zach was promoted to Vice President, Maintenance in 2015. He is a Private Pilot and loves to not only maintain aircraft but also fly them! He is very proud of the fantastic growth at TDA.
Edward Toon
Vice President, Airline Ground Handling
Edward Toon is a Kentucky native and began his aviation career in 2000. He joined TDA in 2019 and was promoted to VP, Airline Ground Handling in 2022. Ed is a proven leader with vast work experience in both airline and service provider roles in large hub locations and operations control centers. His well rounded experience and creative thinking makes him ready and able to lead the charge for the TDA Airline Ground Handling team!
